So, now that you’ve thoroughly questioned our methods… November 2, 2011 | 09:10 pm

Go get our newest song!

What do you think of our methods now, hm? Doesn’t really matter that we position our mics with toilet paper, does it? The next time you reach for the TP, maybe you should think about that. Heck, you might even listen to this song while you’re doing it! Remember— Backlights guarantee to make every experience more enjoyable™.

Oh, but there’s more. This here is a clip from our performance at the Indie Darkroom’s Four Foot Studios. Head over to their site and rate our songs! Create an account while you’re at it, and become a fan of our band!

Joe, it’s time for you to rock the Jheri curls and white lace gloves my friend…

Thanks for coming, if you came, if you didn’t, that’s okay! July 7, 2010 | 06:33 am

Boyd Shropshire played a great set as usual, Bandname was actually alright despite hailing from Philly (and the bassist played her bass upside down and lefthanded!) and I had fun playing yesterday!  I got a massive tambourine bruise on my thigh during the FTR song.  I guess we were really rockin’ out.

Wanna do me a favor and vote for my t-shirt design? June 10, 2010 | 04:10 pm

On a slight whim I entered a design into the Weezer/Hurley t-shirt contest. Okay you don’t have to vote for my design, just your mere participation would be appreciated :D   But part of me feels like, “hey, I could win not because my design is really good, but because my competitors’ are really bad!”  Plus if I win I’ll give an xtra percentage of $ to the making of the Backlights EP!!

contest ends July 8th and you can vote for all the designs on a scale of 0-5  “)(“
